For the oats – makes 4 serves
- 1 Cup of organic oats
- 2 tbsp pepitas
- 2 tbsp Flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Juice of 2 oranges
Garnish for 1 serve
- 50 g coconut yoghurt
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
- 30 g passion fruit
- 30 g blueberries
- 30 g raspberries
Method
- Add all ingredients for the oats in an air tight container and refrigerate overnight.
- In a serving bowl, add 1/4 of the oat mixture, the coconut yoghurt, a sprinkle of cinnamon, passionfruit, blueberries and raspberries.
