VIP Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions set out the operation and benefits of the Earth Markets VIP Program. By becoming an Earth Markets VIP Member and using your VIP Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Earth Markets VIP Card entitles the cardholder to a 20% discount on all items purchased at any Earth Markets store location.
Key Terms:
- The VIP Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered cardholder.
- The cardholder must present their VIP Card at the time of purchase to receive the 20% discount.
- Lost or stolen VIP Cards should be reported to Earth Markets immediately. A replacement card may be issued at the discretion of Earth Markets.
- The Earth Markets VIP Membership is provided at Earth Markets’ sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel a VIP Membership and cease communications without notice. Earth Markets will not be liable for the loss of any VIP benefits resulting from such cancellation.
- By becoming an Earth Markets VIP Member, you consent to receiving promotional and marketing communications from Earth Markets. You have the option to opt out of receiving such communications at any time.
- Any personal information collected as part of the VIP Program will be stored securely and used in accordance with the Earth Markets Privacy Policy, available at www.earthmarkets.com.au.
Program Updates:
Earth Markets may amend or replace these Terms and Conditions and modify or terminate the VIP Program at any time without prior notice. The most up-to-date version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available at www.earthmarkets.com.au.
By participating in the Earth Markets VIP Program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
